  • 1- We have a long-distance event to go to, can you pick us up too?

    Yes of course that can be arranged via the website or on our app or via WhatsApp’s, if only as pre booked (to give the best service with the right car TaxiOwn accepting only pre booked request).

  • 2- Do I need to pay in advance for my taxi?

    *Yes, you can pay in advance the agreed total amount if you wish, however to secure any booking you need to pay a deposit ( usely 30-50% of the total amount ) which can be paid by all cards ( credit , debits )via our Sumup system . You will receive the links of the payments request to secure your Taxi and a safe ride with us.

  • 3- Can we bring pets with us?

    Yes, you can, TaxiOwn offers passengers with pets or even picking up your pets from any place and airports in Europe to bring it to you

  • 4- We would like to book a taxi for a group, is that possible?

    Yes, that is possible as pre booked, we can offer you the VAN Mercedes V class avantage - limo styles which can have up to 7 peoples. If your group to be larger, we can offer you a bus, you don't have to be worried at all, we arrange everything in a way that matches your request and wishes.

  • 5- If my flight cancels can my taxi booking dates be changed accordingly, or do I lose my deposit, or costs me a penalty?

    No, your payment and booking are safe with us, and we reschedule according to the new dates. In case of total cancelations, you get your paid deposit back. (The costs of bank transfers are the only thing that’s on you) Note if we have booked a ferry or Eurotunnel on your behalf, then there could be charges from the 3rd party’s.

  • 6- If we travel to UK via the Eurotunnel or the ferry lines does your company arrange the needed tickets?

    Yes, TaxiOwn will take care of all needed arrangements. The trips via us are including those tickets
